The New Trainers

Over the weekend I noticed that the grip on the soles of my old trainers had almost completely worn through. It was time for a new pair.

Now, I really struggle buying new pairs of trainers. I have quite large feet for a girl, not outside the stocked range but still quite big. In most running shoes I see, the section where your toes are becomes wider as the shoe size increases. This is incredible frustrating as it can feel like you are running around with huge paddles attached to your feet. In short, finding trainers that fit me nicely and work for what I'm doing isn't a simple task.

My specifications when I went into the store were that the shoes were lightweight, subtle in colour, had a white sole (so that I can use them on hardwood floors without leaving streaks), gave my ankles enough support so I could play netball in them and fit snugly on my entire foot.

This pair from Nike fit the bill really well and they didn't break the bank.
If you're looking for a new pair of trainers, give these ones a shot!
